Observation

 

This is one of the outlet of KFC which located at Genting Kelang. It can see that KFC, Genting Kelang is a double storey building, it can easily get attention from people as it is the first shop in a row. It is convenient to go KFC for dine in. It is because there was available of bus stop near KFC.                                                 

     

 

There are the sufficient chair and table for customers to have their meal in floor 1 and floor 2.                                                                                                                                                                                           

This is the counter in KFC. KFC is serving Halal food.

                   It can see that different races are welcome to dine in here.                                                                                                                                                         

   

                                                         Menu board are available.                                                     Customers can choose their food in the far distance, when is their turn, they can straight away order their  foods. Besides that, KFC has a menu list too, it is more precise and stated clearly. Customers can choose their food or any single items to add on.                                                                                                       

                                      Have a corner for utensils and sauces.

              The staff was greeted the customers and taking order for them.

Among so many franchise businesses in the global, I have chosen KFC as my franchise research. The outlets which i choose was KFC,Genting Kelang. By doing this research, I will collect questionnaire to investigate the customer satisfaction of KFC in Genting Kelang. So that, I will clearly know what customers think of KFC based on the survey. Before I visit KFC, i have collect information about KFC in order to help me understand more.

Now, let me introduce KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). Co-founder of KFC is Harland Davis Sanders and the headquarters is from Louisville, Kentucky in the United States. He started the franchising business since 1952. Now, KFC is the world’s largest chain of fried chicken fast food restaurant. KFC would be famous is because it has its own secret recipe for the chicken. This is the key reason of attracting people choosing KFC. In the worldwide, KFC already have more than 15,000 outlets in 105 countries. KFC sell their meals in affordable price which can provide it for all level of customers.
