Observation

 

This is one of the outlet of KFC which located at Genting Kelang. It can see that KFC, Genting Kelang is a double storey building, it can easily get attention from people as it is the first shop in a row. It is convenient to go KFC for dine in. It is because there was available of bus stop near KFC.                                                 

     

 

There are the sufficient chair and table for customers to have their meal in floor 1 and floor 2.

Besides that, KFC has a menu list too, it is more precise and stated clearly. Customers can choose their food or any single items to add on.
