b) Dining Environment
Is the restaurant was clean?
Is the washroom was clean?
Does the temperature in the restaurant was comfortable?
Is seating arrangement was neat and comfortable?
Is the lighting was good?
c) Services
Are you seated promptly?
Is the waiting time short?
Does there availability of utensils and sauces?
Is the meal items were served correctly as ordered?
Does the food order served correct and complete?
d) Staffs
Are the staffs were friendly and courteous when taking your order?
Are the staff were aware for taking order with customers?
Are the staffs speak clearly and politely?
Are the staffs were dressed appropriately and neat in appearance?
Are the staff were smile when taking order for customers?
